Richards Scholar Ethical Leadership Program
The Richard Richards Ethical Leadership program is about maximizing who you are and how to be your most successful self as a leader. The outcome of this program, through highly participative dialog and practicums, is a leader who knows what they stand for and how to articulate it to inspire and motivate individuals, teams and organizations to change and grow and succeed. Based on the research of Dr. Kouzes & Dr. Posner, authors of The Leadership Challenge.
This is a professional development program and graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion that can be used on their resume to acknowledge this achievement. This is not a Weber State University course and no college credit is given. All program costs are covered by the Institute for students. To sign up for an upcoming program, email David Richards (pdrichards7@gmail.com).

About the Richard Richards Institute
The Richard Richards Institute is named after Dick Richards, who was first and foremost an efficient, effective and ethical leader—serving locally, nationally, and globally. He demonstrated successful leadership in law, politics, and international business; working with companies, countries, and for the common good in a wide variety of industries. He rose to prominence when he was appointed by President Ronald Reagan as the National Chair of the Republican Party.
The mission of the Richard Richards Institute is to teach and inspire ethical leadership in our students, community, state, and nation. The Ethical Leadership Program is just one way we work toward this mission.
