MSCS Online Cohort Course Registration Instructions

Registration Instructions

Specific course sections are reserved for students in the MSCS Online Only Cohort. To register, students in the cohort must enter the specific CRN associated with the cohort directly into the registration portal. Find step-by-step registration instructions on this page: 

Step 1: On the Register for Classes (Add/Drop) portal, select the Enter CRNs tab:

Step 2: Enter the CRN for the course you wish to register for. The cohort-specific CRNs are available on the MSCS Course Schedule page.

Beneath the fields is a link labeled 鈥淎dd Another CRN鈥 and a button labeled 鈥淎dd to Summary鈥

 

Step 3: See the registration summary and click submit to register: 

Student registration 鈥淪ummary鈥 page within the registration portal. A table lists selected courses with columns for Title, Details, Hours, CRN, Schedule Type, Status, and Action. Each row includes an Action dropdown labeled 鈥淲eb Registered.鈥 After the table, a summary line shows Total Hours: 0, Registered: 0, Billing: 0, CEU: 0, Min: 0, Max: 999,999,999. A 鈥淪ubmit鈥 button is at the end and is highlighted."聽

Important: If you have already registered for the regular section of these courses, please drop them. These sections are reserved specifically for you!
