The Department of Visual Art & Design (DOVAD) offers outstanding scholarships to our students each year.
To qualify for DOVAD scholarships, use . Please read the instructions carefully.
All awards are decided by April for the following academic year. You can also find more information about scholarships available to Lindquist College students.
Important Information to Remember
Update your scholarship application through your on Scholarship Universe.
Students must also complete the FAFSA for both the Visual Art & Design Major Scholarship and the Carolyn R. Nebeker Art History Scholarship.
- Two of our scholarships, the Visual Art and Design Major Scholarship and the Carolyn R. Nebeker Art History Scholarship, require additional materials after you complete the Specialized Scholarship Application.
- The Visual Art & Design Major Scholarship application is due March 9, 2026.
- The Carolyn R. Nebeker Art History Scholarship application is due March 16, 2026.
- Scholarship recipients will be notified of the award via email in Summer '26, and scholarship awards will be effective during the '26-'27 school year.
