Web Browser Support

There are many different web browsers available to browse the internet with.  Among the most popular are:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Each browser is programmed differently which means each may be better than others for specific 海角社区 systems.

For Lynx Self-Service (Registration, Financial Aid, Tuition)

If you are having difficulty registering for classes or accessing your financial information in eWeber, use one of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Internet Explorer
    • Built-in to Windows
    • Not available for Mac

For Internet Native Banner (INB)

INB requires Java and many web browsers no longer support Java.  If you are having difficulty accessing Banner, use one of the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer
    • Built-in to Windows
    • Not available for Mac
  • Mozilla Firefox

For Argos Reports

Argos doesn't require any special software and should work from any popular web browser.  If you are having difficulty using Argos, use one of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Internet Explorer
    • Built-in to Windows
    • Not available for Mac
  • Apple Safari
    • Built-in to Mac
    • Not available for Windows (no longer supported)
